Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Position Overview: The Chief Administrative Officer, reporting directly to the President of Ascent, will be responsible for Ascent s continuous growth, while maintaining the client experience, increasing standardization/scalability and managing risk. This position will oversee all functions of the Management Reporting, Ascent Service Desk, Project Management, Ascent s Reporting Platform, and Operational Management while serving as the leader for Ascent s Digital and Technology strategy and implementation. This includes Salesforce, SharePoint and Social Media and will serve as the primary Ascent coordinator for Risk, Compliance, Legal and Audit. In addition, this newly created position will have matrix responsibility for five Managing Directors of Client Experience in each one of our Regional Offices as well as matrix oversight of the Specialized Fiduciary Services. This strategic role will strengthen the Ascent business by providing more dedicated and centralized management and coordination in the following areas: Consistent leadership in regard to the oversight of our existing client base, client experience, operational support and delivery, regional/national coordination, products and services management and management reporting. Lead the standardization and scalability of the delivery of the regional client experience through leadership coordination of the Managing Directors of Client Experience in each of Ascent s Regional Offices. Streamline the reporting structure and reduce the number of direct reports for the president of Ascent which allow for greater focus on expanded opportunities and improved execution. Provide direct interaction between the Ascent and other business lines within US Bank, so Ascent can maximize opportunities to leverage resources and capabilities that fall outside of our of their platform. Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree required, MBA preferred 15 years financial services or other relevant experience in operations, client experience, risk management, process improvement, new product development and senior project management A strong understanding of managing a business that requires a high level of regulatory and compliance oversight Preferred Qualifications: Wealth Management or Family Office experience Consulting or other relevant experience.
