Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Work with end users, developers, test engineers, and the client to develop business and system requirements, functional and nonfunctional requirement. Work closely with product owners and technical leads to understand product specifics. Contribute to an environment of cross-functional teamwork within the organization's project lifecycle. Act as liaison between business stakeholders (management, customers, or end users) and the software development or information technology teams. Analyze and communicate stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into software requirements. Translate business requirements into user stories for development teams. Manage changing priorities within a fast-paced dynamic environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Information Systems or related discipline. 3 years of experience conducting business process analysis, design, and documentation, preferably in a Federal Government IT environment. Exceptional written and oral communication skills and experience interfacing with customers. Excellent analytical skills and ability to gather and analyze business process data. 2 years of experience working on software development projects. Preferred Education and Experience: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other agile certification.
