Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Financial lead responsible for performance of our US Central Region. Position can be filled in one of our various midwest offices including Chicago, Indianapolis, and Minneapolis. Coordinate project revenue and margin performance and cost estimate to complete outlook activities. Manage expense and Cash flow delivery efforts. Participate in Strategic Plan development and initiatives to drive growth. This position will be a key partner to the Regional Executive in delivering on performance targets. Job Requirements Requirements: Manage monthly P&L close activity for revenue and expenses Assist Regional Management with reporting and analysis Leverage analyses at an Area/Market level to drive business results Manage cash flow to drive working capital position Maintain Risk & Opportunity portfolio Oversee cost control processes Analyze Business development investment and return Liaison between Regional operations and Corporate Finance Assist in development of Strategic Plan Other duties as assigned Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 15 years related experience in Cash Management and Financial Operations. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The selected candidate must have the ability to work in the United States immediately.
