Job Responsibilities and Requirements: We are looking for an individual to provide Service Desk and Help Desk support on a Graveyard shift, 12am - 9am. Our client is a well respected Healthcare Organization. This would provide 1st and 2nd level phone and remote desktop support for Hospital staff from the hours of 12am - 9am. Should have strong customer service skills, strong dependability, and be well versed in providing technical support for a MicroSoft Desktop and Network environment. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity with minimum contract period of 6 months Requirements: Should have Tier 1 and Tier 2 support experience in a Helpdesk or Service Desk environment Should be proficient with Microsoft Desktop environments including Windows 7, Exchange, and Active Directory Should have excellent customer service skills and be proficient with call tracking software.
