What you will do: Demonstrate strong business acumen, strategic insight, and comprehensive experience in serving Bank clients as a trusted advisor with areas of expertise which may include extensive industry knowledge in certain business specialties. Overall responsibility is to successfully manage and direct the team s growth and profitability with extensive focus on relationship management, client retention and business development activities. Strategically develop and execute a business plan consistent with the financial and market development goals of the overall bank. Manage a portfolio of relationships and oversee MDs relationship management providing consultative advice on products and services to meet client needs and enhance and expand banking relationships. Responsible for maintaining high quality deposits and loans working in conjunction with the underwriting, portfolio administration and cash management functions. Manage and oversee workflow of the team with overall accountability for the effectiveness, productivity and level of employee satisfaction and performance as a team. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and with the bank s policies and procedures. #LI-Post #commercialbanking Required Skills Bachelor's degree MBA a plus Ability to build and expand trusting relationships and partnerships Knowledge of credit and financial analysis techniques and accounting is a plus In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, lending policies, procedures and techniques and well demonstrated understanding of loan risk factors a plus Exceptional leadership skills; contributes to and drives business strategy through team motivation and effectively empowering employees Effective Decision Maker Effective Negotiator Results oriented Strong service orientation. Required Experience 5-10 years experience in leading Business Teams.
