Description: We are looking for a Vice President to join the home entertainment marketing communications team to develop integrated marketing communications campaigns that drive earned media and engagement for the division and its corporate and consumer objectives. The role will oversee both traditional and digital programming as part of an integrated marketing communications team to support the release of film and television content on physical and digital platforms as well as next generation technologies. This role will be responsible for shaping the strategic vision, and tactical execution across campaigns, collaborating across all business units to ensure overall business and marketing objectives are achieved. This person will be a leader in our business with an expectation to manage communication for the division and its IP and key internal and external stakeholders, lead and evolve an internal team of seasoned publicists as well as manage the relationship, deliverables and day to day operations for multiple agency partners to deliver on flawless execution across campaigns. This is an opportunity for someone looking to take on a leadership role to help shape communications for an ex Company ng and rapidly changing industry. This position reports into the Senior Vice President of Global Communications. Responsibilities: Lead development of integrated marcom campaigns from planning to execution and reporting across slate of film, television and acquired properties Oversee communications strategy and execution across corporate initiatives and emerging technologies like VR/AR/MR and 4K Ultra HDDrive narrative development and lead executive thought leadership initiatives that align with divisional strategies and objectivesLead efforts and ensure appropriate tactical mix across earned and social media, event management and experiential marketing for effective consumer engagement and content distributionOversee integrated measurement across initiatives ensuring impactful benchmarking and tracking/reporting of KPI s. Ensure our mix of media monitoring tools are up to date, relevant and delivering impactful insight and dataManage and mentor a team of publicists to meet evolving objectives and rapidly changing media landscape; push new and different ways of thinking and implementing campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness to break through the noiseDevelop and grow relationships with key internal and external stakeholders globally including senior executives, brand marketing, digital client and retail marketing, counterparts across other divisions as well as agency partnersDevelop and manage campaign budgets - ensure effective mix and spend and strategic allocation of available dollarsMaintain industry contacts to stay informed of industry trends and changes, and ensure our practices and processes evolve to remain relevant and unique Lead talent outreach and management for campaignsPartner with department lead on key industry events and trade shows (CES, SDCC, IFA, Sundance, Cannes, E3, etc.) to ensure is positioned appropriately and deliver experiences that resonate and meet business objectives We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.','! !Qualifications: 12 years of marketing communication experience with a focus on consumer packaged goods, technology and/or entertainment, agency experience is considered a plus5 years of experience of people leadership experienceStrong command of both digital and traditional communication practices and strategies to create truly integrated marketing campaignsUnderstanding of product lifecycle management with ability to establish relationships with senior leaders across multiple divisions to ensure alignment and integrationA voracious reader of traditional and nontraditional media channels with impeccable relationships to facilitate a wide range of media outreach activities with a particular emphasis on generating coverage with new and emerging platformsKeen understanding of social/digital strategy for brands and ability to engage a variety of targeted audiences with a strong call to actionAbility to set KPIs and provide meaningful and measurable metrics for senior management.
