Essential Job Functions: The Advertising Technology Systems Administrator will report to the Manager of Ad Technology Solutions and will work to provide the day-to-day systems administration to the Ad Tech Systems team primary customers across Networks Group digital portfolio. Additionally, you will identify, resolve, communicate, track, and report on all online advertising related issues. The position will also serve as technical consultant and owner to the advertising, advertising operations, mobile, video, development, and technology teams to provide guidance, with a focus on Systems Administration & Design. Responsibilities Take ownership and provide technical support on new and existing issues. Be a subject matter expert on all ad server implementations and integrations. Be a QA resource for updates and new releases, working with technical teams and vendors to enable improvements in existing technical solutions. Act as liaison between internal teams and external vendors for digital advertising issue resolution. ','! ! Min. 6 years of related professional work experience. Min. 4 years of experience with video ad server technology (FreeWheel, Google DFP, SSAI, VAST, VPAID). Min. 4 years of experience with web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript. Flash, CDN). Experience with Video Content Management Systems (thePlatform, Brightcove, etc.). Demonstrable technical proficiency with Live Linear. Demonstrable technical proficiency with complex Distribution and Affiliates agreements. Experience with video ads across mobile and connected devices. Experience as a subject matter expert on ad server implementations and integrations. Experience executing and validating Quality Assurance Testing. Experience troubleshooting ad serving implementation, integration, and campaign issues. Experience with Project Management platforms: Jira, Confluence, etc. Expert computer skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Additionally, the Ad Tech Systems Administrator should possess most of the following characteristics: Able to remain a consummate professional in all situations. Able to follow and interpret instructions. A self-starter that can operate with minimal supervision. In possession of a fundamental understanding of publisher-side ad tagging. Comfortable in a large corporate setting with an entrepreneurial spirit.
