This position will be responsible for determining metrics, tracking, sharing reports as well as educating various stakeholders on digital marketing methodology and measurement. Lead the planning, project management and the execution of digital campaigns across multiple channels (Social, Search and Display) Manage partnerships with digital partners to develop innovative and effective marketing programs to increase engagement, sales and brand awareness Lead and manage ad-hoc/co-op campaigns from start to completion Constantly learn about the travel industry and changing digital landscape to drive innovation Work closely with various internal stakeholders (targeted marketing, personalization team, MileagePlus social media team, etc) to build cross-promotional campaigns Determine metrics, track, share reporting as well as educate various stakeholders on digital marketing measurement methodology Build and maintain relationships with relevant vendors/agencies Required Bachelor of Science in a related field Proven ability to set priorities and allocate time and resources appropriately Attention to detail and accuracy Solid understanding of digital media platforms and digital trends; ability to translate this knowledge to others less familiar with digital channels and use to justify decision-making and recommendations Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to translate key messages into channel appropriate communications, and ability to articulate digital strategy and tactics at all levels Must be self-starter with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities Detail-oriented and thorough Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word At least 3 years of work experience Digital Marketing, Partner relationship and Planning experience Project management and strong interpersonal skills Leadership/Supervisory experience Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving ability with emphasis on drawing inferences with data Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position Preferred MBA/Masters Consumer direct marketing or interactive advertising experience.
