Position Summary We are passionate about research and analytics. We are resourceful and invent. We plan the work and work the plan (adapting along the way). We are experts in audience research, the measurement of media outcomes (reach, impression, frequency, verification and validation). We drive the development & use of audience investment decision tools. We are experts in measuring how audiences respond to media (Paid, Owned, Earned) and the optimization methods to make media & message work harder. We drive the use of Response Analytics to make media investment decisions. Essential Functions Manage Performance Analytics client team. Summarize existing and new client research. Collaborate with Insights and Strategy to determine communication tasks. Keep client apprised of emerging measurement methodologies such as digital optimization and cross channel attribution. Reporting and analysis of media exposure & campaign KPIs. Examine and provide POV on existing and future client consumer research. Touchpoint & venue analysis. Segmentation creation and bridging. Awareness and key touchpoint modeling. Cross-Channel planning & optimization. Supervise web analytics. Within-Channel planning & optimization. Client and new business presentation. Research vendor POVs, selection & RFPs. Support, training and troubleshooting tools. Qualifications The successful candidate will have: 10 years work experience at an agency, a media company or major advertiser. 4 years experience managing a staff and operating in a leadership position. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or Social Science. The successful candidate will be able to: Manage across functional teams to deliver on schedule. Approach problems and challenges from an intelligent business perspective. Communicate complex methods and results so that all levels of expertise can understand. Other highly desirable experience: Statistical capabilities. Deep experience with marketing reports, including trackers, segmentations, A&U Studies, Marketing Mix Analyses. Facility with media currencies and measurement methodologies. Ability to construct a testing platform. Knowledge of digital marketing technologies including: Ad-servers (DoubleClick, Atlas, etc.). Web analytics packages (Omniture SiteCatalyst, WebTrends, Google Analytics, etc.). Online attitudinal and behavioral measurement (comScore, Nielsen, Dynamic Logic, etc). Familiarity with online planning and execution process. A bout Us Initiative is different to other media agencies.
