Power of She General The Product Insights Analyst will support the Athleta Product Teams in delivering product wear tests and insights to build the most commercially viable product during development. The analyst will also manage voice of the customer reporting to the cross-functional and Consumer Insights teams. Role provides exposure to a variety of areas including apparel product assortment, product development, digital/ store/ omni-shopping experience, and brand marketing Responsibilities: Product Research and Wear Testing Manage all logistics related to Athleta research sessions. Support the development of surveys. Synthesize, analyze & report results. Maintain and create surveys & analytics to provide actionable product insights to the cross-functional team. Maintain 3rd Party application data and ensure data integrity. Manage product tester incentive and rewards program. Manage sample distribution and testing welcome documents. Document process and timelines for product wear testing in accordance to the Product Pipeline. Provide regular and ad-hoc insights reporting including Voice of the Customer and text analytics to the Product teams to inform strategy, development and quality. Support Ad-hoc Product Strategy & Operations related Projects Manage ad-hoc projects. Prepare presentation materials, reporting and analyses. Qualifications: Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with business partners. Works well in rapidly changing environment Solution/detail oriented Possess strong organizational, analysis and time management skills Demonstrates strong listening, written and oral communication skills Systems, tools and technical agility Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and an aptitude to learn technical applications quickly Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience 1-2 years analytical experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
