The SVP is responsible for managing and growing relationships with studio partners, senior management and production companies and communicating s strategy and marketing plans. He or she will drive innovative and disruptive consumer marketing campaigns, inspiring all cross functional groups (Physical/Digital retail marketing, creative, media, publicity, online, promotions, content etc.) to deliver. The SVP is a critical member of the marketing leadership team within Home Entertainment, responsible for driving innovation in our go to market approach in an incredibly dynamic sector of entertainment. Responsibilities: Lead marketing team to deliver home entertainment launch strategies and business plans for all of s TV business.Responsible for in annual revenue target and marketing spend management.Determine optimum launch strategies across all release windows including network, electronic sell-through and video-on-demand and DVD/Blu-ray.Provide financial forecasts and go to market strategies for Physical and digital releases for approval by studio partners.Actively develop, support, manage integration and synergy opportunities across sister divisions including international TV, network, digital, studio and consumer products.Ensures the TV team are working well in partnership with all cross functional departments including: production, creative, finance, legal, media, digital, publicity, promotions, field sales, retail marketing.Go to resource for international marketing Directors and TV distribution partners and subject expert on Global TV business. Drives digital transactional business and works with digital platforms and comms team to optimize digital sales in new and exciting ways. 10-15 years of progressive marketing experience within the Entertainment Industry.Passion for TV and entertainment content.Driven to innovate and adapt to changes in the entertainment landscape and to keep s TV business relevant and profitable.Global marketing executive with experience navigating global management structures.Mature approach to building working relationships with studio partners, international colleagues and distribution partners.Highly skilled, strategic and respected marketer.Financially astute, able to make good decisions based on a mixture of analysis and experience.
