Focus on the design and optimization of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) packages. Carry out Project Management through the client's project lifecycle including ERP project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, implementing, training and roll out. Provide business development assistance and assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators. Team with client technology professionals, and/or third party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technology solutions. Provide leadership to employees, manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, plus 5 years post-bachelor s, progressive experience in a professional consulting organization; OR a Master s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, plus 4 years of related experience in a professional consulting organization. Of the required experience must have four years of experience in: - implementing end-to-end solutions in SAP - in-depth functional and technical experience with SAP modules: BPC Must have one year of experience: - working in a managerial and IT/business integration role - managing project team economics, including scope, budget, timing, resource allocation, performance Must have one year of experience leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry specific finance and technology functions.
