Position Requirements: Strategy and Campaign Management:Manage digital marketing campaigns inclusive of briefings, budgets, and asset exchange for national retailer initiativesExecute Fall/Spring launch and promotional calendars in US market including 10 retailers.Develop CoOp digital marketing campaign guidelines outlining the digital strategy, assets and measurement in partnership with the Digital Marketing Director Corporate MarketingParticipate in cross-functional team meetings to contribute digital innovative ideas and communicate digital campaign strategies, asset needs for product launchesLead/project manage all CoOp campaigns working alongside internal (eComm) and external teams to ensure campaigns launch as scheduled and within budgetsPartner with eComm division to ensure integration across Omni-channel efforts such as driving online sales and in-store traffic via social media platformsCommunicate strategic digital direction to retail partners and provide guidance on media briefingsWork with legal on all necessary approvals including contracts, creative content and copy.Prepare presentations for the various internal management, retailer and international meetingsWork closely with agency teams and media partners to develop first to market campaigns Provide strategic guidance / education to Regional Field Executives on CoOp media plans and reportingManage digital flowcharts on a monthly basis and track retailer deliverables seasonally for each campaignFacilitate communication with our retail partners and regional field team via ongoing conference calls and/or in-person meetings.Measurement & Effectiveness:Spearhead CoOp reporting to standardize our analysis to improve performance and effectiveness Work with agency team and retail partners on collecting data / results to compile campaign performance analysisIdentify key drivers across all tactics to optimize future content and programsThoroughly understand ever-evolving online metrics and liaise with corporate digital marketing on best practices and benchmarksAssists in evaluation of the effectiveness of digital campaigns in order to compile reporting to internal management and category teamsPrepare and present Event Strategies and initiatives for North America Sales MeetingsManage Brand s Online Creative Development:Guide planning and development of launch assets/content across all forms of mediaOversee timelines and collaborate with digital creative team (as well as external agencies, when applicable) to drive asset approval and delivery on a timely basis Manage the creative development of digital assets, including social, mobile, display, and video.Ensure creative is developed that meets the needs of the North America market and retailersReview regional/locally developed creative and route with Global Digital Creative Executive Director and Global Marketing stakeholders Qualifications: Candidate should have 3 years of experience--Media Agency or Brand Marketing Experience preferred with expertise in all forms of digital marketing (Social, SEM, Display, Mobile, Video, Performance Data)Extremely organized and detail-oriented.Strong analytical skills to evaluate effectiveness of programs.Creative problem-solver who finds answers and thinks fast on his/her feet. Excellent project management skills, including ability to align internal and external partners.Demonstrate strong creative judgment for North American affiliate needs and to recognize engaging, on-brand content (visuals/copy). Self-starter and highly motivated - capable of working independently yet collaboratively within a fast paced environmentStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
