Job Description: Responsible for the project management and the tactical execution and tracking of the business sales gift and incentive marketing efforts. Responsibilities include: Project management and operational oversight on gift and incentive sales and marketing efforts. This includes support of ongoing programs as well as new partnerships and opportunities created through the incentive and gift senior sales team. Creation of marketing collateral to support gift and incentive sales. This includes the Pottery Barn and Williams-Sonoma gift brochures, web-site content and calendar, COMPANY content and calendar, co-marketing materials (direct mail, print, COMPANY and Internet), online advertising and print advertising. Drive improvements in fulfillment and customer service through the gift and incentive channels. Act as primary liaison with distribution center and call center to execute on sales opportunities. Track results on marketing and sales efforts and report results to senior management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Manage the creation and execution of all partnership operations and marketing materials. Coordinate necessary financial and IT support to execute on partnership program. Determine creative direction with creative services and partner. Coordinate marketing efforts across internet, email, print and direct mail campaigns. Ensure projects are on time and on budget2. Manage the creation of the PB and WS gift and incentive marketing collateral Merchandise selection and sku selection/creation for gift brochures Coordinate mailing strategy and with direct marketing and mailhouse on brochures, postcards, etc. Ensure project on time and on budget Coordinate with creative services to convert to e-catalog format.3. Manage the business sales presence on the PB, WS and Corporate websites and coordinate COMPANY content and calendar across brands. Ensure project meets build deadlines. Coordinate page creative. Determine the audience, timing and messaging of emails. Coordinate with e-com teams on creative and execution4. Drive improvements in fulfillment and customer service through the gift and incentive channels. Provide project management on initiatives to ensure flawless fulfillment on gift and incentive sales efforts (includes order consolidation, logo services, etc.). Act as liaison to distribution center and call center to ensure fulfillment of core business and partnership programs. Act as liaison to inventory management to ensure adequate inventory to fulfill business sales opportunities. Ensure projects delivered on time and on budget5. Track results and report to senior management. Performance by source code on catalogs. COMPANY click-through, response rate, etc. Online advertising responses. E-catalog performance. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Required: College Degree, MBA strongly preferred. 3-5 years work experience, including 1-2 years of marketing and project management experience preferred. Experience with excel and powerpoint critical.
