Job Description 's Global Marketing organization is a client-focused and high-performing team which is strategically aligned to the Firm's priorities and passionately focused on positioning a distinctive brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm. Position/Program Requirements Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4 Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: - Working extensively with the Adobe Experience Manager and Content Management Software to create, and manage content; - Collaborating with Marketing, Creative or Design, and external creative and development resources to deliver an industry leading website; - Developing website, site management, and maintenance experience continuously monitoring the site to maintain, remediate, or mitigate against broken or toxic links, redirects and accessibility or usability issues; - Optimizing all pages organic search meta data with a strategic focus on driving business to business traffic to sites and establish pages and site overall is performing at an optimal level; - Providing each stakeholder group regular key performance indicator reporting to show progress against agreed deliverables to improve and maintain high quality site performance; and, - Helping define industry leading practices by ongoing measurement and documentation of successful approaches. Skills Preferred: Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: - Supporting the planning and execution of the content strategy for all properties ( .com, Strategy&, plus other global domains), including development of new microsites/pages, refreshing sites and an annual content, working with stakeholders at all levels to review and manage all content across the global site; - Leading the development and execution of content; - Managing projects of digital campaigns, and website development and maintenance; - Planning digital content by developing content themes and calendars; - Analyzing website metrics, and search or social data to optimize web presence and promotional tactics; - Developing content for onsite promotion and social channels; and, - Building working relationships with content owners, key stakeholders, developers and clients both internally and externally.
