Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Seeking an experienced trademark attorney with 3 -5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling trademark searches with tools such as SAEGIS or CORSEARCH as well as writing opinions based on the searches. Additionally, this position will involve handling domestic and international trademark filings, oppositions and cancellation proceedings at the TTAB, and preparing and filing domain name disputes. Our firm does not handle any patent matters. Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience and ideally between 3 and 5 years experience. Strong writing and analytical skills. Candidates must have prior experience handling US and international trademark portfolios. Texas bar admission preferred.
