Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Business Development: Expand business with SIA clients by: Identifying additional business opportunities with existing SIA clients, developing and executing action plans to pursue identified business opportunities through a coordinated effort involving relationship team member across various channels. Expanding the portfolio of SIA relationships by pursuing SIA prospects on our target market list, developing and executing action plans to start new relationships through a coordinated effort involving relationship team members across various channels. Building strong relationships with all relationship team members to ensure proper coordination and execution of action plans. Relationship Management: Maintain existing SIA clients by: Developing and maintaining strong relationship/dialogue with existing SIA clients. Building strong relationships with other relationship team members to ensure exemplary service delivery to clients. Ensuring that clients receive quality service. This includes: Being a point of contact for clients who elevate issues/problems with service delivery areas / customer service units. Building strong relationships with other relationship team members to ensure exemplary service delivery to clients Assisting with preparation/maintenance of Know-Your-Customer/Compliance records. Assisting with preparation of Credit Requests to Credit Risk Management/Administration. Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company._They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements. Required Qualifications: 6+ years of international banking experience, financial institution banking experience, or a combination of both Desired Qualifications: A BS/BA degree or higher 10+ years of financial services industry experience Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment Extensive knowledge and understanding of products, services, and organizational structure to facilitate cross-selling efforts to a global financial institution client base Solid knowledge and understanding of market dynamics, macroeconomic, and political circumstances; that could affect business in geographic responsibility.
