Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Summary: Works with a Digital Marketing Manager to execute Digital Marketing campaigns with internal clients. S/he provides critical administrative, project management, and operational support to achieve marketing goals. Works as part of digital marketing to understand and interpret marketing and promotional needs, translating them into digital advertising plans.Develops advertising plans with one or multiple advertising tactics, including but not limited to social media, email, banner ads, video, streaming radio, and web content.Works effectively with business units, brand managers, and external agencies to execute digital marketing campaigns that meet goals on deadline and on budget. Includes managing schedules, insertion orders, and creative routing/approval.Manages external advertising agency by briefing them on new campaigns, providing feedback, and ensuring they have all the details and assets required to successfully execute campaigns.Measures campaign performance based on analytics gathered from internal tools and those provided by agency. Closely monitor key performance indicators (Unique Customer Reach/Frequency, Conversions, Cost Per Click, Click Thru Rate, Cost per Acquisition, Impression Share, etc.) throughout the life of campaign.Works with creative team to develop media units, provides feedback, and aligns creative to client goals. Also verifies accuracy, branding standards, and objectives of the campaign are metUse and maintain workflow management tools to record and communicate the status of ad production and execution; alerts team to projects that are falling behindDevelop and sustain an intimate knowledge of social and digital platforms through insights, immersion, and regular interaction to create customer-first and channel-tailored designsFocuses on gaining knowledge and expertise pertaining to all aspects of advertising and promotions as they relate to internal client business goalsTranslate industry trends and emerging technologies into actionable recommendations to meet internal business goalsAttend staff meetings and training to obtain sales, product, competition and other essential project informationEnsure continuous digital innovation with the goal of establishing as a leader in digital marketingMonitor competitive initiatives and remain up to date on digital marketing innovations, identifying new opportunities for Adheres to stringent deadlines to ensure smooth flow of projects through the department and allow for special projects, pre-work, and rush assignments Other duties as assigned Experience and Education Preferred Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing job experience (internships applicable) Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field Strong understanding of social media, paid search, display media, streaming video/radio and the evolving landscape of digital marketingIntermediate PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Web Analytics toolsRetail/ecommerce background preferredKey Competencies Preferred Creative thinker and problem solverGreat attitude, team player, and willingness to teach and learn Ability to work complex issues with a strong sense of ownership, drive, and urgency Self-starter with the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environmentExcellent relationship building with team, peers, management, and agencies/vendorsStrong oral and written business communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers and present concepts clearly to your audience.
