Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Accountabilities: Supports VP as the point person on the following over-arching brand-wide responsibilities: Legal liaison, Tooling Budget Management, Exclusive Programs, Year-round Gifting, Sampling strategy.Develop global marketing objectives, strategies and 3-year innovation pipeline for fragrance with Product Development and Creative. Align with Licensor vision. Develop fragrance category strategy in collaboration with Product Development and Creative (positioning, pricing, distribution, merchandising, launch support). Work closely with regional marketing leaders to ensure local/cultural relevance.Identify new products concepts, technologies, market trends, product gaps and category/franchising opportunities with product development team.Lead development and management of marketing calendar with Cosmetics counterpart. Ensure programs meet global/regional shipment/retail targets.Responsible for the development and strategy of forecast offerings and bulletins detailing new program introduction and execution. Liaise with Global Demand Planning. Drives the product to market process with key support groups including Product Development, Global Brand Supply Chain, Creative, Education, Packaging and GSR to drive all programs from inception through execution. Ensures all timetables and cost objectives are met, including new products, seasonal programs and support collateral.Works closely with Design to ensure flawless execution of saleable, collateral and merchandising.Leads bi-weekly PPD meetings. Directs the compilation and analysis of market and competitive data.Liaises with IPS to insure SRP consistency across all markets.Liaises with GMP and Creative in the development of all merchandising elements.Manages relationship with Education and Public Relations for all new product information. Works in synergy with Consumer Marketing team to create awareness and engagement driving tactics for new launches and repromote programs. Develops seasonal presentations and presents marketing initiatives at roundtables, education seminars and retailer meetings. Oversees accuracy and timeliness of all IMW postings. Manages the fragrance portion of the annual Marketing Budget. Manages and develop 2 direct reports. Regional Accountabilities: Leadership of the EMEAI, UK and TR Regional collaboration Qualifications 10 years work experience in Beauty or other CPG Marketing (fragrance experience preferred). Global product marketing experience required; consumer marketing exposure preferred. Knowledge of product development, supply chain, packaging, advertising, and sales. Knowledge of luxury segment and consumer mindset in fashion and/or beauty. Appreciation that Licensor (Tom Ford) is the brand voice/creator, ability to execute Licensor s vision.Strong leadership, influence, organizational and project management skills. Strategic thinker, analytical, creative, detail-oriented, flexible, independent and resourceful.Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills. Ability to motivate and develop talent. Ability to work on a small but growing business in lean, entrepreneurial environment. Undergraduate degree. MBA strongly preferred.Global travel required.
