Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This position is responsible for managing the Team that performs complex Cryptographic/Security applications design and development used Enterprise wide as , as well as Microsoft SharePoint Development, Admin and Support specific to the Corporate Risk Line of Business at . Applications developed include Digital Certificate Management tools, Secure File Transfer and other tools used to manage various Crypto/Encryption related technologies and services. This Development Team works with Java, JavaScript, C#, .NET, C, other programming languages and leverages an Agile development approach. Ability to effectively influence and interact with all levels of an organization Ability to run effective meetings and bring groups to consensus Capability to create and deliver effective technical and business presentations Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: information security, IT systems security or technology experience that includes 2+ years direct experience in information security 2+ years of leadership experience in an Information Security or IT environment 5 + years of project management experience working on application development projects 4+ years of secure SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodologies experience 5+ years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners 3 + years of experience leading multiple workstreams, applications, or deliverables 2+ years of experience interviewing and making hiring recommendations 5 + years of Microsoft Project experience 3+ years of experience creating macros and pivot tables in Excel 2+ years of Agile experience Desired Qualifications: Experience managing a technology infrastructure function, application or information security function that has impact across multiple lines of business Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to effectively influence and interact with all levels of an organization Scrum Master certification Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills Project Management Professional (PMP) 2+ years of JIRA experience 3+ years of SharePoint and Wikis experience.
