Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Manage the relationship with our third party sales leaders as the main point of contact for our international licensed productions to exceed weekly sales targets of merchandise sold in theatres. Manages and develops sales forecasts for all international and domestic wholesale customers through sales strategies for exceeding goals. This includes International Licensees, MTI productions, Playbill.com and NYC based theatre shops Conduct Weekly Sales Analysis which includes reviewing top selling items, demographic impact, box office sales, sales promotions and other strategies that would have an effect on the business. Communicates with other members of the merchandise division for ongoing education of sales, trends and synergy opportunities. Short Term & Long term planning for seasonal promotions and incentives. Partner with Sr. Financial Analyst to set sales plans for all international productions and manage wholesale pricing strategies. Hold regular meetings with licensees and other internal stakeholders to ensure regular communications are taking place with tangible results. Partner with finance and accounting to ensure proper sales reporting for all clients, royalties are being paid and manage invoicing and payment reconciliation. Maintains historical database relating to all wholesale businesses. Responsible for defining business needs and improving workflow and tools to maximize sales potential both internally and with external clients. Partner with markets to ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and that highlighted product is driving sales results. Manage licensees through new openings of DTG productions. Main project manager that will ensure proper assortment planning, wholesale opportunities, kiosk brand development, signage and merchandising of product, ILS compliance and out of theatre sales opportunities. Oversees new business opportunities and builds beyond existing customer base, adhering to brand standards. Corporate & Wholesale Sales Assortment Planning: Consistently evaluate assortments for best and worst sellers and create action plans to move the business forward, via new additions, markdowns, promotions etc. Inventory and Wholesale Orders: Ensuring licensees are in stock of all wholesale items and placing re-orders accordingly, working with them to generate new self-developed product. This also includes working with our Production Coordinator and the Licensee Buyers to fulfil all wholesale orders. Licensee Produced Items: Partner with DTG internal product manager to obtain feedback and approvals on the new merchandise additions the licensee wants to produce and add to their assortment ensuring it will generate revenue & is brand appropriate. Partner with Inventory Buyer to ensure proper stock allocation on all international orders and work towards 6 month buy plans for licensees. This also include partnering on proper inventory management for domestic fulfilment. Manages direct report, Domestic Fulfilment Coordinator, to ensure that all U.S. wholesale orders are being properly fulfilled, shipped and invoiced on a timely basis. Manages DTG internal sales processes and facilitates business-model changes and process adoption. Manage the Domestic Fulfilment Coordinator in the fulfilment logistics, communications and invoicing of these requests. Develops and maintains wholesale product and pricing catalogue for all potential wholesale clients Monitors all wholesale invoices, and partners with accounting on all payments, wire transfers and credits. Also ensures that proper reconciliation with accounting team are being maintained. Ensure ERPLY (inventory and invoice system) has proper stock levels by conducting a monthly audit of the online and corporate stores. Partner with the Production Coordinator to ensure that all international licensee wholesale orders are completed and fulfilled in a timely manner. Basic Qualifications : 5 years in a Management Role in Sales/Retail Environment and/or Corporate Merchandising Experience selling goods to external clients Brand Development and Management Long Distance Relationship Management with International Markets Visual Merchandising & Display Execution Proficient PC skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other system programs Use of Inventory, Invoicing and Reporting Systems Exceptional Pro-active Sales Skills Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to prioritize work and multi-task successfully Ability to develop and maintain successful team and cross-functional relationships Proficient math skills and analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to adjust work hours to be in contact with international customers during evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications : Additional Languages a plus (German, Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin).
