Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsible for Sales, revenue growth, client satisfaction, client wallet penetration, and introduction of new products and services into this market. Grows the business and positions as an end-to-end Managed Services, Outsourcing, and surcharge-free leader to the top 100. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develops comprehensive sales/account penetration strategies to continually grow FI business. Leads a sales team and manages new sales function by identifying, qualifying, and closing revenue generating deals to the top 100 Financial Institutions. Works with Product Management and Operations to develop new products or service definitions based on the needs of the FI market segment. Builds and manages a sales pipeline to ensure target growth expectations are met and exceeded. Coaches and develops staff including review and approval of presentations/proposals, problem solving, networking with FI contacts, and attending client/prospect meetings as is necessary. Leverage executive level banking relationships to grow revenue. Manages RFI/RFP opportunities consistent with strategy. SYSTEMS INVOLVED: Microsoft Office Microsoft CRM ADP Self Service SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Yes EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & Qualifications Bachelors' degree required. Experience leading sales efforts in outsourcing, consulting engagements, Managed Services, Enterprise-wide automation and a recognized leader within the banking/financial arena Minimum of 15 years experience selling Banking/Financial Services, growing revenues, leveraging executive level banking relationships with 5 years experience managing a team. Possess a Hunter mentality. Past experience and the ability to deal with ambiguity, working independently and overcome obstacles Strong ability to successfully interface with all levels of an organization. Results oriented and demonstrates a sense of urgency. Understand complex and multi-function sales cycles from start to finish. Sales experience in the following areas working with Financial institutions: Enterprise IT/Software Solutions and or Automation ATM hardware, software and related products Payments, EFT Processing, debit, credit and card solutions Kiosk and/or self service solution selling Customer contact solutions, internet banking solutions and/or bill payment solutions Other product or service for the banking and/or credit union market Demonstrated network of contacts throughout the banking/Financial Services industry at the executive and C level and the ability to open doors, generate meetings and gain buy in. Deep understanding of bank operations, IT functions, delivery and a solid understanding of outsourcing. Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
