Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management and Sales Support: working with senior members of the PS team to support existing client and consultant relationships, as well as relationships with internal clients that include distribution teams. Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities and meeting prospective investors to drive the growth of BAA products and services. Organizing materials and coordinate logistics for meetings with clients and prospects. Content/Marketing Materials Development: conducting research and developing written content and marketing materials in support of prospect development and client relationship management Implementing solutions: Project-managing the execution of structurally complex investment mandates, liaising with stakeholders across various functional teams (legal, operations, etc.) Investment Insight: Work closely with the BAA Research, Risk, and ODD teams to build fluent knowledge of hedge funds on the platform and the industry in general. Skills/Qualifications: Ability to creatively and proactively support BAA client relationship management and capital raising activities Strong research and writing skills to clearly articulate sophisticated concepts, ideas, and processes Ambitious work ethic and professional disposition Natural curiosity and interest in capital markets and advanced investment strategies; some familiarity with hedge fund strategies is desirable Collaborative and cooperative approach to tasks Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple objectives simultaneously Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills; some experience presenting to clients and prospective clients is desirable High attention to detail and drive for perfection Presence, maturity and credibility to effectively represent BAA internally and externally Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and ability to develop familiarity and skill using proprietary technology. Unimpeachable integrity with an uncompromised reputation Able to accommodate travel CFA or CAIA additive.
