Job Responsibilities and Requirements: As the Strategic Sales Executive - Banking (SSE) you will be responsible for new business development in a targeted group of financial companies within the Eastern Region. The SSE will also be responsible for growth within existing customer base by selling additional services and acquiring new divisions and groups with the targeted accounts. The SSE will provide account leadership and direction for Lien Solutions staff members involved in the pre and post sales process as well as accept responsibility for customer satisfaction levels as measured by the minimum requirements set by the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Achieving annual quota targets Protection of installed revenue base Design, implement and publish a strategic direction for each of the SSE accounts Work closely with Strategic Business Consultants, Professional Services and Product Support Groups to ensure clear strategic direction is communicated Achieve an average of 6 new contracts per month on a quarterly bases Achieve an average of 8-10 on site meetings per week over a monthly basis measured quarterly Update all activity within Salesforce.com as outlined by VP of Sales Manage and report all pipeline and forecast activity through Salesforce.com Maintain knowledge of company product lines through self-training plan Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s Degree in Business, Finance or a related field or equivalent experience Experience: 4-6 years of Sales experience Knowledge of financial service industry or corporations engaged in offer financial services offers. Financial Services knowledge (banking, mortgage, credit, financing arms of large corporations) Extensive successful experience in client consultation, business analysis and managing large client relationships. Strong Outside Sales Skills: Hunter Strong Negotiating and Closing Skills Ability to present to Senior Executive Level Management Strong Presentation Skills Advanced aptitude for selling and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and possess excellent organization, planning, presentation and sales skills Tools: Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: Working for a company providing software based solutions. Formal Sales Training: Miller Heiman formal sales training TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 75 % travel.
