Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Responsible for all administrative duties supporting assigned teams (i.e. presentations, calendar, phones, mail, filing, spreadsheets, copies, catering, expense reports). Ensure department time and attendance is completed. Responsible for representing the Division Vice Presidents in company communications (i.e.: phone/fax/mail/email, company notes, holiday cards, etc.), preparing drafts of correspondence for approval and executing transmission as appropriate. Process and track invoices including handling inputting of invoices into AP&O and track brand budgets to ensure within program allocation. Contributes to marketing projects as assigned by VP, including but not limited to brand promotions, events and/or meetings offsite. Makes travel/lodging arrangements for VP s/directors/mgrs and incoming guests, when necessary. Coordinate and manage all divisional and team meetings. Nature & Scope: Position typically works with all levels of managers and employees of PRUSA, providing information as directed by executive. Incumbent plans activities for this position weekly, with individual initiative in daily routine. Decisions may impact the departmental leadership and organization as a whole. Errors in judgment may cause expense to the organization. Requirements: Education: Requires High School Diploma, and advanced training in MS-Office Experience / Background: Minimum 2 years of related , preferably in a Marketing environment, supporting multiple individuals and/or groups. Required Skills/Competencies: A successful individual will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding aptitude for time management. Detail orientation, interpersonal awareness, as well as proficiencies in problem-solving are key competencies for success.
