Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Area Manager must be able to communicate and collaborate with multiple functions within the company. This individual will have responsibility for engaging, communicating with, training, and distributor partners to meet business objectives. Additionally, this individual will have responsibility for country KOLs (key opinion leaders) and will need to quickly build trusting relationships with these thought leaders, and assist in developing new KOLs. Job Requirements Masters in Business Administration or Masters in Medical Physics 10 years of related experience; medical device experience preferred. Strong professional presence and communication skills. Management of products with a successful market track record. Demonstrated ability to craft and drive successful marketing operations. Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must be familiar with the Eclipse treatment planning and ARIA oncology information systems Prior experience working with U.S. manufacturers. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and project management skills required. Must be flexible and able to effectively manage multiple initiatives, projects and personalities cross-culturally. Ability to effectively communicate/interact with physicians and be skilled at presenting clinical, product, or economic information to large audiences Fluent in Spanish (Portuguese a plus) Become part of our team.
