Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The selected candidate must be able to build relationships/network at all levels (including working with business leaders, other Marketing and Wholesale business partners, and legal and compliance contacts), and team with Marketing Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure the effective execution of tactical objectives, and crafting clear, targeted messages that reflect an understanding of the customers needs and objectives. The selected individual may also provide coaching and guidance to more junior marketing team members. This role has a high degree of visibility, with responsibilities that include: Primary contact for IBCM industry/product group business managers in support of strategic marketing and cross-sell priorities Act as an IBCM champion by applying a customer-centric view, and developing industry knowledge and insight into the competitive landscape, products and services offered, and industry trends Program management of new initiatives from strategic development to delivery and for development and implementation of marketing plans, from strategy to measurement Proactively assess needs and deliver value to clients wherever possible, even in situations where a clear project may not yet have been initiated Partner with colleagues in COEs to build cohesive teams and lead collaborative efforts to develop initiatives that drive revenue growth Provide direction and clear communication within internal teams and other departments The position plays an important strategic role in many key projects, including but not limited to: Marketing initiatives that drive brand recognition and revenue growth for IBCM s industry and product groups Advertising campaigns in national and regional channels, as well as sponsorship ads Customer acquisition and retention strategies to leverage IBCM client base and relationships across Wholesale Targeted email campaigns reaching corporate clients and prospects Content-rich events for C-level clients, working closely with IBCM, Wholesale business partners, and the Meetings & Events team Strategy to track and measure the impact of marketing programs on IBCM revenue and cross-sell results Required Qualifications: 7+ years of marketing experience Desired Qualifications: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships Ability to travel domestically Job Expectations: Ability to travel domestically.
