Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This individual will play a vital role in many aspects of the organizations operations. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of related experience with a financial institution with a focus on Lending. This position is responsible for overseeing the processing of all consumer loans from both the direct and indirect channels. Scope of Responsibilities: Manages the team of processors that handle both direct and indirect processing channels assuring that superior service levels are maintained. Communicates with dealerships and branches on unusual processing issues and achieve a workable result. Interacts with the Product Management Department in maintaining efficiency with indirect account openings. Subject matter expert of the consumer lending processing and attain a comfort level in the reversal and maintenance of the consumer loans. Works with stakeholders in developing ideas, plans and actions that can improve loan booking and/or improve the member or employee experience. Responsible for the hiring, termination, and performance evaluations of staff. Personal Qualities: Enthusiastic, service-minded, honest, self-starter, principled, creative, committed to others, action-oriented, and highly resourceful. Required Skills Minimum 2 years experience with a financial institution. One year of Supervisory experience. Lending or lending support experience strongly desired. Highly proficient with MS Office suite. Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly professional, responsible, engaging and effective. Exceptionally organized, with ability to organize others. Strong customer service orientation. Associates degree preferred; equivalent experience also valued.
