Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Assist in oversight of the implementation lifecycle (i.e. engagement/development of business requirements, technical requirements, production and testing) to ensure objectives are met. Support the establishment of controls and governance processes for these metrics - which includes consistent risk metrics calculations, data quality, and the final products. Provide subject matter expertise for metrics knowledge and advice for all aspects of the AML Monitoring Risk Management program. Perform ongoing needs assessments to identify new measurements or enhancements to existing reports in order to support the AML Monitoring Risk Management function. Design processes (if needed) to ensure oversight of and engagement with the current ongoing metrics programs and activities. Support the Maintenance of an inventory identifying the existing metrics, their purpose and use, data sources and controls and calculations Upon request, guide sponsors to the most appropriate source of metrics to satisfy their needs. Ensure training and visibility into the metrics for the monitoring program including the sponsors and all other stakeholders of AML Monitoring Risk Metrics in M&I (monitoring and investigations). Assist the Risk Improvement Measurement Sponsor in prioritization of monitoring risk metrics requirements. Working with the metrics program managers, support the establishment of robust processes and controls in regard to the metrics data, the risk metrics calculations and the creation of the risk metrics reports to ensure accuracy. Understand and monitor CAPs or issues identified that affect the monitoring risk metrics, including their impact to the outcome. Escalate and make visible to the Risk Improvement Measurement Sponsor any critical issues. Assist Risk Improvement Measurement function within Monitoring Risk Management to provide semi-annual presentations to the AML Monitoring Committee on progress, as well as ad-hoc presentations if required including creation of the presentation. Business Analysis; the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals, is critical in the recommendation assessment of the requirements, for Data, Tools and processes to be used in the AML Monitoring Coverage Framework, and ongoing Measurement of AML Monitoring Risk Improvement. Project Management skills will be required, to ensure that all projects meet the expected timelines. AML Knowledge relative to transaction monitoring tools and techniques is required in order to provide valuable oversight of the AML coverage framework and measurement of Risk Improvement Minimum Bachelor s degree or experience equivalent required. Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience (Operational analysis, Business Analysis, requirements gathering, etc.). Minimum 5 years AML knowledge Ideally, the candidate would have experience in Information Systems and or Metrics reporting. Ideally, the candidate would have prior experience with Risk measurement in the AML industry. Creative and innovative experience and the ability to think outside the box. Proven track record demonstrating a strong understanding of business analysis, workflow, communications, organizational expertise, presentation development, and positive experience with interaction with both internal audit and regulators. Financial / banking background ideal. Team player; ability to work with global teams. Attention to detail.
