Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Duties & accountabilities Develop and apply strong technical skills and good business knowledge to understand client requirements, translate requirements into configurations Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skill, ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and high quality manner Liaising with other team members, product, development and infrastructure teams as required Work closely with regional and global colleagues and stakeholders to provide high quality input into, run and execute initiatives to enhance our service FX Subject Matter Expert Business competencies Education and experience College Degree Preferred Minimum 5 years financial services experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge can be acquired FpML/XML, XSLT, Unix FX knowledge Commercial awareness Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment with client Management requirements No prior experience necessary Personal competencies Personal impact Very strong customer service and problem-solving skills Flexible and able to adaptable to change Able to work independently with minimal supervision Detail oriented and able to troubleshoot Strong client focus and interest in client service Technical interest Communication Strong interpersonal, presentation, analytical and technical skills. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to small firms as well large investment banks. Teamwork Proven ability to work individually and in a team environment. Ability to work effectively in a very fast paced environment Customer service and satisfaction are key priorities for the firm Candidates must be aware of the impact of their actions on internal and external clients.
