Job Responsibilities and Requirements: In addition, team members offer services in areas such as business litigation and bankruptcy and creditors rights.Position will support the Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights practice within the Litigation Department. Successful candidates will have experience with commercial chapter 11 and bankruptcy litigation experience. Associate will assist partners in handling bankruptcy matters with an emphasis on chapter 11, commercial foreclosure cases, commercial litigation, and workouts. Required Skills At least 3 - 5 years of litigation experience. Superior communication and organizational skills. Exceptional analytical and writing skills. Attention to detail. Confidence to work directly with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. New York bar admission required.
