Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The successful candidate must have the ability to direct, supervise and motivate efficient performance of field staff for OTIS new equipment and modernization jobs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring quality project completions within target hours Managing the safety program Managing, scheduling and expenditure of project labor, material and other assets Performing and managing technical surveys and estimates Field education and safety training Quality assurance for both OTIS and our customers Qualification: EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 5 years of elevator/escalator field experience - preferably with Otis Field management experience preferred, but not required.
