Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Our IP practice includes all areas of intellectual property law for a national and international client base. In this position, you will have an opportunity to work on trademark, copyright and advertising litigation, as well as handling disputed matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the National Advertising Division. Successful candidates will have 1 years of T-CAM-specific litigation experience. Candidates must be collaborative and motivated to succeed in a client-focused, team-oriented environment. Candidates must also have excellent academic credentials and have strong written and oral communications skills.
