Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis , task and workflow analysis Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs) Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans Perform & coordinate integration, regression, & UAT testing; Learn intricacies of bank s Equity Derivatives workflows & infrastructure; Assist Project Managers to communicate status to Business & IT management and coordinate management of project risks. Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts Strong & Comprehensive Global Markets Product Knowledge {Equities Cash & Derivatives, ETFs, Structured Equities, Custom Baskets & Indices, etc} Attention to detail and thoroughness Proactive team player Minimum Qualifications: Graduate Degree in Computer Science or other relevant technical field of study Minimum 5 years financial industry experience as a BA with emphasis on equity derivatives products Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis In depth exposure to Client & Sales Facing platforms Complete understanding of trade capture, trade life-cycle, P&L, & risk concepts within Global Markets Highly skilled in Microsoft Visio, Powerpoint, & Excel applications Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology Experience on J2EE/Web applications Independent Technical Abilities using XML & SQL FINRA Registrations Required: None Apply.
