Information Technology
Target's engineering internship program offers a 10 week experience for future engineers that are interested in learning about automation technology and
how to apply it within the distribution environment at Target. Your excellent analytical and problem solving skills will be essential for your successful
contribution to the teams goals. Throughout your internship, a mentor will support you with technical training and leadership support that will help you
understand the role of a strong leader at Target.
Computer Usage
Process flow mapping, MS Excel, MS Access, SAS
Project, Process, and Program Management
Taking appropriate steps to ensure project objectives are met by creating timing and action plans and identify required resources Monitor commitment,
activities and progress of project Partner with others to gain understanding and buying.
Consulting and Process Improvement
Supports and innovates ongoing Distribution Automation programs. Partners with teams from other pyramids as needed to support the implementation of
companywide projects and initiatives.
Data Analysis
Create data models using the appropriate analytical tools to generate insight and options that support ideas and solutions for a given problem.
